Who is responsible

What we collect

• Enquiries: the name, company, phone number, email address and message you enter in a contact form.
• Technical data: the page you sent the form from, its language, the time, and your IP address in shortened form. It is kept in our server log to prevent abuse and fix problems.
• A note, stored in your browser, that you have seen the cookie notice.
• Analytics and advertising data, collected while you use the site: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached the site (see the Cookie policy).

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer: steps taken at your request before a contract.
• To keep the website secure and protect it from spam: our legitimate interest.
• To measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. You can stop this at any time by blocking cookies in your browser (see the Cookie policy).

Who receives it

Your enquiry is delivered by email to our team. We use service providers for email, hosting and, if you consent, analytics and advertising measurement (Google and Meta). They process data only for these purposes. We never sell your data.

Transfers outside Georgia

Google and Meta may process data in other countries, including the United States. This happens while you use the site, because the analytics and marketing tools run from your first page view.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 12 months, then deleted.
• Client data: for as long as the law and our contract require.
• Server log entries: normally up to 90 days.
• The note that you have seen the cookie notice: 12 months.
• Analytics and advertising data: no longer than 14 months in our analytics account.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done). Write to info@startech.ge and we will answer without undue delay. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and give access to enquiries only to the people who need it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
